Best historical ranking

Just a heads up, we usually do not consider half-year rankings for "best historical ranking" sections, since they often serve the purpose of being a mid-year update rather than an actual ranking (the exact data used to rank these players are used for the full-year ranking as well). The only exception is in seasons where the half-year rankings are their own rankings, unrelated to anything else, though if a player is ranked #1 for the half year I am also willing to let it slide.
