Inhale

There does not need to be a different page on Inhale as used by King Dedede as the move is practically the same as Kirby's Inhale. The Inhale article does a fine job of describing both moves, and the page is not excessively long or complicated, so there is no need to split it up. Thank you for your edits so far, and I hope you will continue to contribute positively to SmashWiki. PenguinofDeath 11:35, October 11, 2009 (UTC)

Aren't You The Busy Bee??

You've been contributing quite a lot, haven't you? You should get a username and a userpage! It'll be a lot easier for people to adress you and become familiar with you! Also, try to make one BIG edit instead of a bunch of small edits on one page? HavocReaper48 >:D!!! ¬_¬ 02:52, November 10, 2009 (UTC)

seriously. Do it. - Gargomon251 (talk) 11:47, January 15, 2010 (UTC)
He can't until May - see the section below for why. PenguinofDeath 15:27, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

User rights

Unregistered users aren't allowed user pages, so I have deleted your user page, nor are they allowed custom signatures, so, when signing comments, please just use ~~~~. If you create an account, you can create a user page and you can go to your Preferences and change what your signature looks like so it doesn't just come up as Username (talk). If you don't want to use your school email account, you could create another email account for things not to do with school and use that one for SmashWiki. Thanks, PenguinofDeath 14:13, November 13, 2009 (UTC)

You don't even need to register an email account. I didn't for some time. ☆The Solar Dragon (talk)☆ 16:31, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
Well, PoD, I was just suggesting a possible sig he could use. =/.Of course, he's (or she's) free to do whatever with the account besides the things you've mentioned, and I already tried to help with the e-mail problem on my talk page... you people can't let me handle this myself, can you? Think I don't got t3h sk1llz? ...I feel unappreciated...☆_☆. HavocReaper48 >:D!!! 19:59, November 13, 2009 (UTC)
How do you register without an email? 98.117.158.220 18:05, November 14, 2009 (UTC)
Just register yourself. There is no email activation needed to my knowledge unless it has been changed since I joined. You also never get emails from Wikia either. Also, I reverted your suggestion for Smash Arena as only users are allowed to nominate fights. IPs can vote, just not nominate. Please read the rules in future. ☆The Solar Dragon (talk)☆ 11:01, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
Whenever I try and register myself without filling in the email box, I get a message saying: Sorry, but Wikia cannot register you at this time. What do I do? 98.117.158.220 18:28, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
Uhh...get an e-mail to fill that space, perhaps? It's not that hard to get an e-mail address- try going to Google.com or Yahoo.com and you should find their e-mail services somewhere on their home page. Click on it, register, and there you go! *Happiness!* Of course there are other places as well, but that's your choice. Stop beating around the bush, Anon! I look forward to seeing your user page someday. Might be as epic as mine! HavocReaper48 >:D!!! 18:38, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
OK. I'll try. 98.117.158.220 18:39, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
Hang on, how old are you? No one under 13 can register. Wikia will not allow it. ☆The Solar Dragon (talk)☆ 22:15, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
I'm twelve. I turn thirteen in May. That may be why it doesn't let me. Thanks. I'll try when I'm thirteen. 98.117.158.220 01:13, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
As in next May, in 2010? That's...about 6 months from now! &_&... Oh well, it'll come in time. A real long time, that is...HavocReaper48 >:D!!! 01:20, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
That will be why, then. Glad we sorted that out. Hope to see you then. Or, you could always lie about your age... :) ☆The Solar Dragon (talk)☆ 06:20, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
Actually, Solar Dragon, if he were to lie about his age to create an account before turning thirteen, he would be violating Federal law, so please don't encourage him to do so. Six months might be a very long time to wait, but, unfortunately, he'll have to wait that long if he wants to create an account. PenguinofDeath 09:29, November 16, 2009 (UTC)
*facepalm* They won't know about that... --Starman125 talk 01:03, January 9, 2010 (UTC)
Doesn't matter. Also, given the content of this section, they could easily find out. PenguinofDeath 15:27, January 15, 2010 (UTC)

Important

In a couple days, I'm going to get a new computer. I'll tell HavocReaper what my new IP address is on his talk page when I do get the new computer. Just thought it was something you guys should know. 98.117.158.220 06:06, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Good, that is important- tell me with this account's signature just be sure, though. Also, just thought I should remind you that when you get the new I.P., your contributions from this account won't be carried over to the new one, and your records with this account won't be affected. Just a little heads up...I'll be sure to tell the other guys the new account name...scramble of numbers...code...thingy. =D. HavocReaper48 >:D!!! 19:50, November 16, 2009 (UTC)

Heh.

Thanks for having my side on Shadowcrest's talk page, but don't worry about me. PenguinofDeath is just extremely stubborn and I'm trying to level with him. Paper Bowser (talk) 19:02, November 25, 2009 (UTC)

stop

We support having the crate type on stage articles. Please stop reverting these edits. Miles (talk) 22:35, November 28, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, didn't know what it meant and thought it was vandalism. 98.117.158.220 22:36, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
Thank you for trying to help, and sorry about the confusion. Miles (talk) 22:39, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
Wait, what are crate types? 98.117.158.220 22:43, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
In Brawl, crates appear differently depending on the stage. Miles (talk) 22:45, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
In that case, on the page about crates, should we make a table? 98.117.158.220 22:48, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
Sure, why not? I'll leave it to you. Miles (talk) 22:50, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
Um miles, I'm sorta new to wikiing and I don't know how. I tried Wikihelp but I couldn't understand it. Could you teach me? 98.117.158.220 23:33, November 28, 2009 (UTC)
I didn't understand wiki stuff at first either. Here's what I recommend: copy the coding for a table that already exists and edit it to make it look like what you want it to be. Miles (talk) 01:42, November 29, 2009 (UTC)
Well, here's the Emoticonology table with some tweaks...I'll leave adding the rest of the stages and the actual putting it on the page to you. Man, Anon, you've brought quite a lot of attention to yourself lately, haven't you? Almost reminds me of myself...I'll leave it to you to finish this and put it into the article.

Oh, sorry, it turns out that I'm not getting a new one in a while. 98.117.158.220 04:13, November 29, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for fixing all that vandalism! I award you one internets. SD706/FnW - (UTC ) 05:47, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Once I turn 13 in May will I be allowed to apply for adminship immediatly? That way it'll be easier to fight vandalism. 98.117.158.220 05:52, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
Well, I wouldn't suggest that you would go for adminship right away. However, there is always rollback you could run for. If you want, but you should read the previous RfAs (Requests for Adminship), because reverting vandalism is not the only factor for RfAs. It takes a lot more to get an RfA passed, trust me. RAN1 19:29, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
I swear, Anon, if you EVER become an admin...-_-. I really don't like the imbalance of power on this wiki...(No Big Bad Ban Buttons, plz.), but it'll be a even bigger imbalance if we're allowing first-day registered guys to have rollback alone...though you do seem special, Anon. There's something about you... 0_o. Just a few months to go...you seem pretty experienced already. I just got rollback, by the way, almost two months after I registered, I didn't want sudden power...(RAN1 jumped the gun and got it like a week after he registered. XD). Oh, and can we have a general date of when you're getting the new IP? Holidays this month? HavocReaper48!! 19:57, December 1, 2009 (UTC)
A bit off topic, but you're off, Havoc, by 13 days…I got it 20 days after I started my account. Kind of "jumping the gun", but see PoD. He got it in just 18 days. Btw, the ban buttons are rarely even used anymore, except against vandals, so… :/ Btw, rollback isn't such a powerful tool; and you're late to the IRC, :D RAN1 20:28, December 1, 2009 (UTC)

Talk pages

If you want to dispute stuff like the Clones, take it to the talk pages. You'll often see a link to them in the upper-right, so use them to discuss what you did to the Ness/Lucas and Fox/Falco sections of the page. People will often go there first instead of the talk of the user that did the edits. RAN1 22:06, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

Spam, and how to deal with it

Don't leave messages on the talk pages of users who create pages like "Boba Fett" or anything in solid Russian - the user knows what they are doing, and what they're doing is called "spamming". If you check through the deletion log, you'll see lots of similar pages entirely in Russian and lots of pages with titles with no relevance to Smash whatsoever. If you see more new articles that you think are spam, just tag them for speedy deletion (by placing {{d|spam}} at the top of the page) and an Admin will delete it promptly. PenguinofDeath 02:14, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

tl;dr version of PoD's comment Miles (talk) 02:24, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Right, but I have to assume good faith too. 98.117.158.220 02:29, December 6, 2009 (UTC)
Not when it's obviously spam, like the pages in Russian - they're just adverts. And you can assume good faith without creating a talk page. PenguinofDeath 02:46, December 6, 2009 (UTC)

Just a little nitpick

When you tag an article for deletion, you should make a topic on the talk page to discuss the possible deletion (unless the page is a joke or a clear example of vandalism). Cheezperson {talk}stuff 01:43, December 27, 2009 (UTC)

User page

Please Dont Edit My Things Unless i say. --Luigi Iz Pro (talk) 02:55, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry. It's a talk page, meaning that's what it's for. And I was actually supporting your claim, by the way. 98.117.158.220 03:08, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

Its All cool its fine. --Luigi Iz Pro (talk) 04:38, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

More nitpicking

Don't tag any unnotable crew or smashers with the speedy delete template, because their notability can be proven by knowledgeable members of the community. Use {{notable}} in that case. Also, use {{d|reason for deletion}} instead of {{speedy delete|reason for deletion}}. It's faster that way. RAN1 06:06, January 1, 2010 (UTC)

New rollback request

Despite the fact that you're an IP, you should go comment on it yourself. Any person's vote counts, especially if it has good reasoning. RAN1 03:22, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

Furthermore, most users who care about the RfR will probably have the page watchlisted- there's no reason to go around posting on everyone's talk. Shadowcrest 16:18, January 7, 2010 (UTC)

RE: Deal

This was deeply not helpful - if you make a big thing of it, he'll stay, I can guarantee you. He may be the most prolific vandal SmashWiki has ever seen, but he should still be dealt with quietly. PenguinofDeath 21:07, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

OK, sorry. 98.117.158.220 21:09, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

Regrets?

You regret being an IP bastard. You regret reverting my edits. And you most certainly regret that the corps just blew up your raggedy-ass fleet.

Your talk page

Didn't mean to unilaterally change this but as a general IPs aren't supposed to have archived talk pages. The length is still manageable as well. Sorry. Semicolon (talk) 02:14, February 26, 2010 (UTC)
