PGR status

From what I recall, the new PGR panel decided to make 120+ entry tournaments C-tiers. Terry Christmas (124 entrants in Canada) was counted, but this isn’t, even though it had more players. What’s the qualifications and is it a C tier? MemeDedede (talk) 12:49, February 2, 2020 (EST)
