He then eliminated of the tournament #5 {{Sm|Yamanaction}} 3-2 (UF 4), #3 {{Sm|Yaura}} 3-1 (UF 6), won the runback against Asimo 3-1 (UF 5), and lastly #2 {{Sm|Shuton}} 3-2 (UF 7) to enter Grand Finals loser's side against {{Sm|Miya|p=Honshu}}. TamaP even managed to take a set over the first seed (UF 8, tied for the biggest of the tournament) 3-0 but lost the reset 2-3 (making Miya the first major winner of the 2024.1 season).
