They are one of the most famous energy drink brands in the world, with 7.5 billion cans sold in 171 different countries in 2019. Apart from their main business, Red Bull sponsors numerous personalities, organizations and events in order to advertise their brand. Since 2016, Red Bull supports esports community. They are sometimes referred by the gaming and ''Smash'' community as '''Red Bull Gaming''' or '''Red Bull eSports'''. Red Bull doesn't act like a traditional esports organization, as players are signed only as ambassadors of the Red Bull brand. They are free to sign for other professional gaming organizations.
