Since I don't want to start an edit war, I'll just state my opinion here before making any edits. I believe 137.148.127.101's edit to not be deserving of being rollbacked. If you check the special move pages for other fighters (even fighters introduced in Ultimate), their instructional quotes are at the top instead of getting their own selection. It doesn't make sense for Banjo's special moves to be the only ones that defy this.
