What exactly makes a quake hitboxes what it is? Because with the current definition, I can only tell you of two quake hitboxes. Donkey Kong's Grounded Hand Slap and Byleth's Aymr (after it hits the ground). Those have hitboxes placed on the origin and placed along the ground with parameters. Every other fighter hitbox mentioned places the hitboxes relative to the fighter, not relative to the ground. I do not personally count them as quake hitboxes as they just don't fit the description I understand from this page.
