Flower damage timing[edit]
I can't edit the top part of the article in question but I can verify that in Smash 4, you take 1% every 21 frames. I think it would be a good idea to update with this specific info instead of "about two or three times a second". Unfortunately I don't know about other games, but I was informed by Ruben on discord.
