:This is really late, but I tested on several characters and found they all had a consistent damage multiplier of 0.753x. Granted, this is for maximum damage, and final smashes with projecticle that can miss are really difficult to get max damage on, but this is much easier to see on cinematic final smashes that initiate with one hit. I can say for certain the formula is (smash ball damage x 0.735) = final smash meter damage.

::Yeh, but it’s not just one single number for all characters. I mean, look at Marth and Lucina, their FS’s have been drastically toned down due to being literal OHKOs at full throttle. :::[Responding to The Other Jared] Most final smashes have a damage multiplier of 0.7x, but there are some exceptions, especially for DLC characters. I think you're getting your value of 0.735 because you haven't considered that outside Training mode there is a 1.05x freshness bonus applied to all unstaled attacks (which final smashes will almost always be), where 0.7 x 1.05 = 0.735. You can find these values on the params spreadsheet, which I have tabulated [[User:Alex the weeb/FS Meter Damage multipliers|here]]. Sora's data is missing because 13.0 params aren't publicly available yet.
