I believe there are two new effects in Ultimate that are missing from this list, but I don't have the ability to check the game data to confirm. Apparently it was possible to confirm that ink is not an effect, so hopefully the same can be done with these two.

*The Ramblin' Evil Mushroom inflicts a "Mushroom" status on the target, in a very similar manner to the Lip's Stick and the flower effect.

*Joker's Eiha and Eigaon inflict a status on the target (let's call it "Cursed") that inflicts damage over time, like the flower and poison effects, but has a completely different appearance to them. (Additionally, it is not blocked by Poison Immunity and stacks with the flower effect, so cannot be either one of the existing statuses.) It does look quite similar to the darkness effect, however.

There is an implication that only moves with a corresponding effect can inflict a given status condition, so it follows that these two new status conditions would require a corresponding effect. Or is that assumption incorrect? --<span style="color:#A70000">Snorlax</span><span style="color:#0000A7">Monster</span> 06:52, April 20, 2019 (EDT)
