I've looked at some of the gameplay footage and I've found that Charizard's initial dash speed appears to be much faster. Also, by slowing down the footage, back air looks like it comes out a bit faster, maybe frame 12-14, though I'm not sure. In addition, Jab seems to deal a little less damage, but that may be from the need to input the jabs at the right time for optimal damage. The match I got that info on was against Ryu, where the jabs did 9.2% to him, but he was focus attacking the first 2. The first 2 jabs did 4%, and Ryu's Focus Attack charge negates half of the damage done to him, they probably do normally 8%, meaning his jabs alltogether do 13.2%. That match was a 1v1 however, meaning if we subtract the 1.2x damage bonus, the jabs do 11% now.
