Bird is a Luigi player from Portland, Oregon. Bird is known for his flashy style in both Super Smash Bros. Melee and Project M. Following the Pacific Northwest Regional, a gif of him defeating smasher Hawt Salsa in a stylish manner had surfaced on the top page of Reddit, bringing attention and fame to both Bird and the Oregon region. As of February 8th, 2015, he is currently ranked 5th on the Oregon Power Rankings, dropping down one place below Adam (Oregon) from the previous iteration.
