An interwiki-linking simplifier. Put in {{S|X|Y|Z}} for a shortcut of [[X:Y (Z)|Y]]. The Z is optional.
For example, {{IW|mariowiki|Donkey Kong|game}} results in Donkey Kong.
This template is similar to the {{s}} template. Unlike the "s" template, however, this can link to specific pages, rather than generic ones.
