For those of you who don't know, Banjo first appeared in the 1997 Nintendo 64 racing game, ''Diddy Kong Racing''. His inclusion was to promote his own then-upcoming game being released the following year. Conker was also included to promote his then-would-be first game, ''Conker's Quest'' (later renamed to ''Twelve Tales: Conker 64'' in 1998; In fact: both games were demoed at E3 1997) before Rare reworked it into the Mature-rated game we know today. Banjo's debut
For those of you who don't know, Banjo first appeared in the 1997 Nintendo 64 racing game, Diddy Kong Racing. His inclusion was to promote his own then-upcoming game being released the following year.
