A Souflee (ケーク, Cake) is a rare enemy in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Souflees are rare enemies in Kid Icarus: Uprising. They appear as enemies in Smash Run, and a random event in Smash Tour. In the Smash Run, they drop large patches that significantly upgrade the player's stats if they are defeated; however, they also intentionally avoid trying to get close to the player, and they also frequently move, making them difficult to hit.

An event in the Smash Run, called "Souflee Fest", causes Souflee to become considerably more common. One Souflee and one Orne appear in Smash Run together in the challenge door, Survive: Normal Difficulty. In said challenge, the player is in a small room, and the Orne covers up a lot of the space, as the Souflee tries to knock the player into the Orne.

Souflees are enemies introduced in Uprising. Though harmless, they are extremely fast and travel a set path. Some even appear temporarily. Defeating one gives a large amount of icaruspedias, the currency of the series.

Souflees appear as rare enemies. They move very often, making them difficult to hit, and intentionally avoid trying to get close to the player, but when defeated they drop large amounts of powerups.

An event in the Smash Run, called "Souflee Fest", causes Souflee to become considerably more common. The random challenge door Survive: Normal difficulty hosts one Souflee and one Orne: in said challenge the player is in a small room and must avoid the instantly deadly Orne, so chasing and defeating the Souflee before the timer runs out is very risky, albeit very rewarding.

In Smash Tour
A Souflee can appear as a random event. Bumping into it awards a player a checkpoint bonus, but resets their current checkpoints.

Trophy
The Souflee trophy appears in both versions. While it is random in the 3DS version, in the Wii U version it must be unlocked by beating the The FINAL Final Battle event on hard difficulty.

|desc-3ds-ntsc=One of the cuter enemies to come from Kid Icarus: Uprising. Knowing Pit's love for all things edible, it's just cruel to disguise an enemy as a cake. See the little cherry on top? That's actually an eye! And nothing delicious would float around and attack in such an annoying, erratic way.
|desc-wiiu-ntsc=This cute little cupcake comes from Kid Icarus: Uprising. Just look at that adorable little cherry on top! Oh, wait... Nope—that cherry is actually an eye, which is kinda freaky. In Smash Tour, encountering one of these will give you a Checkpoint Bonus, so hurry up and chase it down for your sweet, sweet reward.
|desc-3ds-pal=One of the cuter enemies to come from Kid Icarus: Uprising. We could tell you it's a cake, but that would be a lie. See the little cherry on top? That's actually an eye! And the way it darts around unpredictably, evading your attempts to hit it, is anything but delicious. The stat boosts it drops really are worth getting stuck into, though!

In Smash Tour, you can pick up a Checkpoint Bonus by launching one of these guys. They'll disappear if you leave them alone too long, though, so you'll have to be quick if you want the delicious goods!

Trivia
*The line from the Souflee's trophy description: "We could tell you it's a cake, but that would be a lie", appears to be a reference to the infamous "The Cake Is a Lie" meme that originated from wikipedia.
