From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki
Staco is a Super Smash Bros. Brawl Meta Knight player from Germany. He was considered Germany's best Brawl player in the metagame's early years and was frequently the highest-placing German player at events where international players were in attendance; this included being the only German player to place top 24, let alone top 8, at Bushido Brawl Impact, Europe's largest Brawl tournament. He was ranked 1st on the German Power Rankings on all 3 seasons where he was active, up to the season ending in September 2011. He was also a tournament organizer, having organized Make Some Neuss and Doegusch Smash. He eventually quit competing after Brawl in Neuss in 2012 and has not participated in any Smash event, as a competitor or organizer, since.
