SilentYoshi, formerly known as Silentwave, and sometimes referred to as Black Yoshi or Bloshi for short, is a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Yoshi main from El Cajon, California. Despite a lack of consistent tournament attendance and rankings on any Power Rankings leaderboards, he is still regarded as one of the best Yoshi players in California. SilentYoshi's arguably best performance and breakout tournament was at Ultimate Apex Series II: Natural Selection where he defeated several players ranked on the SoCal Power Rankings such as FD, nazura and Skill to secure a 9th place finish while being seeded at 37th. Additionally, SilentYoshi is a prevalent online player and has taken sets off of players at online tournaments such as Char, MFA, Scend, Jake and Vendetta.
