Ultimate]]'' {{SSBU|Ken}} main with strong {{SSBU|Mega Man}} and {{SSBU|Ryu}} secondaries from Imperial Beach, California. He is one of the most powerful smashers in San Diego of all time, having been ranked on almost every iteration of the [[San Diego Power Rankings]] since the start of 2020 and has only been ranked outside of the top 6 a few times. He is also currently ranked 6th and has been ranked as high as 3rd. However, a lack of travelling has prevented Neckluv from seeing success outside of [[SoCal]]. He is also in a semi-retired state, only occasionally going to locals in San Diego.
