He has contributed highly to the Meta Knight metagame, such as fast-falling b-airs and instant double jump, and is considered by many Meta Knight players to be the forefather of both Smash 4 and Ultimate tech. Originally from Oakland, California, Ito was ranked 1st on the [[NorCal Smash 4 Power Rankings]] before moving to San Diego for school. He is ranked 17th on the [[SoCal Smash 4 Power Rankings|SoCal All-Time Smash 4 Power Rankings]] and was formerly ranked 37th on the [[Panda Global Rankings v1]].
