==Overview==
Pikachu spins rapidly in the air facing the ground, hitting opponents several times in quick succession. Because the move's hitbox comes out on frame 4, its usefulness is vast and varied, serving as an effective out-of-shield option on a short hop (especially if Pikachu is already facing away from the opponent), persisting longer than an entire air dodge, and acting as one of Pikachu's most versatile edgeguarding choices, particularly against combatants attempting vertical recoveries. Its only real drawback is its unfortunate endlag, but it more than makes up for that weakness with its myriad of strengths.
