| Steve places an oversized piston block in front of himself, which then extends outwards to hit any opponents in range. The first opponent caught is taken into a cutscene where they are thrown into the House of Boom, a structure filled with TNT and mobs. The camera then cuts to a first-person view, where [[Creeper]]s and [[Zombie]]s approach the trapped opponent as the camera shakes. The structure then explodes as Steve enters the frame and eats a "victory steak", after which the opponent is launched. Any other opponents struck by the Piston will take knockback from it. Steve also crouches three times and looks toward the camera upon completion of the Final Smash, akin to his [[down taunt]]. | | Steve places an oversized piston block in front of himself, which then extends outwards to hit any opponents in range. | The piston is particularly powerful in terms of knockback, capable of dealing heavy knockback to bystanders. The piston also stuns nearby opponents when placed, with the target to be trapped pulled to the front of the piston. Even after the piston is activated, the hitbox remains active in the transition to the cutscene, which can launch opponents who touch it during the transition. If the piston misses entirely, the move fails.
