Although they look like large tanks, they are in reality nothing more than green blob-like creatures inside of vehicles. The vehicles that the creatures reside in bear similarities to a tank, but instead of a traditional cannon, they are equipped with large, retractable arms similar to that of a construction crane. While their arm is retracted, Armanks are immune to essentially all damage, as well as only being able to roll around on their treads, which deals damage to any player who makes contact with their treads. Eventually, they will extend their arm, which may then either shoot out in a ramming attack towards any nearby player, perform a sweeping attack along the ground, or fire energy pulses.

In the event that the arm is destroyed, the Armank's chassis is forced open, revealing the actual enemy (a large, panicking gelatinous green blob), which is the Armank's only vulnerable point. If this weak spot is attacked repeatedly, the Armank, chassis and all, will perform short, non-damaging bounces,  preventing it from closing its chassis again. If the Armank is successful in closing its chassis, it will reproduce its arm and restart the cycle. Additionally, if a player attacks an Armank the moment it appears (before it makes contact with the ground), they will be able to deal damage as if they had already destroyed the Armank's arm. According to the Armank trophy, it is used as a construction vehicle. When trying to capture its [[trophy]], the [[Trophy Stand]] can be thrown at any part of it, even with the arm equipped, but its health must still be lowered.
