Uxie is a generation IV legendary [[Pokémon]]. It is one of the legendary psychic Pokémon found in Sinnoh. Uxie is thought to be born from the same egg along with Mespirt and Azelf, which forms the Legendary Trio. Uxie is the Being of Wisdom, and can wipe the memory of the person that sees it's eyes, which is why it's eyes are always closed.  Uxie was captured by Team Galactic, along with the rest of the trio to make the Red Chain to capture Dialga/Palkia. Uxie can be found in a cavern in the middle of Lake Acuilty.

A Knowledge Pokémon. It's said that Uxie's emergence gave humans the wisdom to improve their lives. This Pokémon possesses the ability to erase the memory of those who see its eyes. Uxie uses status-altering moves in battle--its frequent use of Yawn is very effective in putting foes to sleep. Uxie makes its home in Lake Acuity in the Sinnoh region.
