NorCal PR

There is a new Smash 4 PR of June-July as stated in the Facebook NorCal Smash group, but I feel THERE IS a PR missing, which had Ito in the 0 place, Trevonte in 1st and Shaky in 3rd, AFAIK. It's no problem! It's not really a written policy, it just becomes tedious to link players every time in a single section, so it's basically an unwritten rule to just link players once per section (including teammates in tournament results).
