Hello

Welcome to SmashWiki. Have you considered creating an account? Nyargleblargle (Talk · Contribs) 18:47, 29 September 2015 (EDT)

Thank you for the welcome :). As for account, something tells me I shouldn't just yet. Also, congrats for being a sysop! 98.157.202.185 20:50, 29 September 2015 (EDT)

I'd say more than 100 edits display enough commitment to warrant it. -Menshay (talk) 18:55, 24 November 2015 (EST)

Eh, 500 is better.98.157.202.185 22:34, 24 November 2015 (EST)

Still not going to make an account? You're effectively an established member of the community and it's a little strange. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 16:50, 22 December 2015 (EST)

I have to agree with Nutty. With all that you've done, I'd call you an established member of the community now, and I'd be more than happy to see you working as an official user. Now you have three supporters. You've worked way too hard, and remaining just an IP isn't the best option at this point. Drill Blaster Mark 2 (talk) 17:17, 22 December 2015 (EST)
1.What will making an account do?
2.I'm worried that I'll become less focused on the mainspace and will be probated.98.157.202.185 18:28, 22 December 2015 (EST)
It will allow people to know your online, easier contact, and a more professional appearance, which will encourage new users to come to you for help (and I'm pretty sure you'd be more helpful than most users here). You could also eventually apply for rollback or admin and your contributions would be stored together instead of on two separate pages.
Having an account doesn't mean you have to have a userpage. You can just leave it out completely and you probably won't have a problem. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 18:34, 22 December 2015 (EST)
1. Wrong "your".
2. I honestly don't want any of that.98.157.202.185 00:08, 23 December 2015 (EST)
1) I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF ._. I must've been tired because I would never usually make that mistake :'(
2) It also makes you more recognizable and trustworthy. I know that I personally check every edit done by an IP because I don't trust them- too many IPs have been vandals. If you started using an account, I would know not to check yours because you are a trustworthy user. Also, it's safer because your IP address wouldn't be as easy to find if a creeper decides to stalk you. You don't want your Minecraft creations blown up, do you? ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 19:47, 23 December 2015 (EST)
1. I hate Minecraft.
2. Sadly, creating an account wouldn't change that. The person could just do simple math and find it out via the contribs I made.98.157.202.185 00:04, 24 December 2015 (EST)
1) I honestly don't that much either, but the reference was crying to be made xD
2) Technically true, but it seems a little weird that they would go to a user's page and figure out that they were once an IP user in order to stalk them particularly when there are so many others that use just IP addresses. Either way, the other point I made still stands. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 13:29, 24 December 2015 (EST)
These are all good reasons too ---Preceding unsigned comment added by SANTY CLAWS! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 13:30, 24 December 2015 (EST)

Comment changing

As far as I've been told, you're allowed to change your comment until someone else responds. After that point though, it violates SW:TALK. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by a turkey! Or maybe DatNuttyKid. 16:39, 24 November 2015 (EST)

Oh. That doesn't make sense to me, but I'll revert my edit anyway.( Pretty much all of my edit have been reverted anyway XD )98.157.202.185 16:42, 24 November 2015 (EST)
That's generally true, though fixing spelling/grammar in your own messages is specifically called out as an exception to that rule. Oscuritaforze (talk) 19:05, 24 November 2015 (EST)

SmashWiki is not censored, but that said, please refrain from...outbursts like this. It looks unprofessional. Thanks! Serpent SKSig.png King 19:56, 29 November 2015 (EST)

I am sorry. I was simply angry by the whole idea of that. 98.157.202.185 19:58, 29 November 2015 (EST)
One more warning of this in response to this. Thank you. Serpent SKSig.png King 23:40, 19 December 2015 (EST)
Cross my heart, I'll stop. I am really sorry, and I hope I don't get blocked for this.98.157.202.185 23:44, 19 December 2015 (EST)

An icon used in notice templates. This is an IP's talk page. While it's not a requirement to have a username, those that do not can only be recognized by their IP address, which can change over time and/or be assigned to an unrelated user; they can even be shared by multiple users. If this talk page belongs to your IP but its comments are intended for someone else, you may want to login or create an account to eliminate future confusion.
