Triple Finish is the Pokémon Trainer 's Final Smash. It is the same regardless of the Pokémon that grabs the Smash Ball. The trainer brings out all three of his Pokémon. Charizard then uses Fire Blast, Squirtle uses Hydro Pump, and Ivysaur uses Solar Beam to create a massive projectile. It apparently does more damage to players which are closer to the Pokémon.

While using it, a text square (like the ones in Pokémon games, based on the ones from the 4th generation games) appears on the bottom of the scene, which states, "Take that! Triple Finish!", and later "It's super effective!". This may block parts of the screen and become a visual obstacle for players, similarly to the Mr. Resetti assist trophy.
