North East Smash, or NES, is the name of a series of monthly Smash Bros tournaments hosted by Underworld Asylum in Newcastle Upon Tyne, U.K. Previously known as North East Championships (NEC), NES is the biggest UK North East Smash Bros tournament and attracts many UK top players. NES currently consists of Super Smash Bros Melee and Project M (Previously Super Smash Bros Wii U as of NES 4)
