NorCal Regionals 2013, or simply NCR 2013, was the eleventh edition of the NorCal Regionals tournament series, a fighting game tournament held annually in northern California, organized by Terry "Kineda" Ng and famous Street Fighter player John Choi. The tournament took place on April 26th-28th, 2013, at the Domain Hotel in Sunnyvale. As part of the Road to EVO 2013 tournament circuit, NCR featured all eight official EVO games on its lineup, including Super Smash Bros. Melee.[1]
