| :Well, for starters [[Ivysaur]] has a stronger up-smash than Lucas, who I believe comes in at about third place. As to Melee, I think it might differ between [[NTSC]] and [[PAL]], but I'm not quite sure. | I personally think Fox has the strongest up smash in the NTSC version because you can kill within less than 100% damage. I also think that Pikachu has the strongest up smash in the PAL version because Fox's only sends foes in a diagonal up and forward direction. | :I am not sure about the PAL version, but in the NTSC version, the strongest uncharged u-smash is Pikachu's, followed by Sheik's, than Fox's, the fourth being Ganondorf's, and the fifth being Marth's tipped u-smash. When they are fully charged however, Ganondorf's becomes the strongest due to its much higher damage output. However, all of these u-smashes can KO anyone under 100%.
