Pictures

If I were to take pictures of the stages in the mode that doesn't show any detail, just the basic makeup of the stage (via debug menu), would anyone agree to put them on the stages' respective page? It would show more importance than the normal pictures of the stages. I'm not asking for help in the project, I would gladdly finish up the rest of the descriptions for the pages before I added the pictures themselves, I just want to know if anyone else thinks this is a good idea. If you don't understand the kind of pictures I'm talking about, I'll do an example picture this afternoon. Oddeven2002 12:50, September 28, 2006 (GMT)

Well, nobody plays on the debug versions of the stages, so it would be confusing for casual players interested in learning about the stages on a more superficial level (and while we do want this to be a useful resource for competitive players, we still want SmashWiki to be accessible to everyone). I would consider using both a normal picture of the stage (perhaps zoomed out so everything can be seen), and a debug picture if you deem it necessary. --MaskedMarth 15:04, September 28, 2006 (GMT)

You do know that I mean the regular stages, just with a different view, right? Not the TEST stage or any of the other ones accessable only by the debug menu. I could provide with two pictures of the stages, though. That could be easily done. The debuged one practical, and the normal one flarish. Oddeven2002 21:33, September 28, 2006 (GMT)
Yeah, I understand, and I think it's a good idea. Go ahead :) --MaskedMarth 05:57, September 29, 2006 (GMT)

General non-NPOV in many stages articles

I'm talking about the "artistic design" sections in many of the articles. The way they're written, these sections are purely opinion. A while back I tried putting the "Fountain of Dreams" article in a more neutral way, but I feel that it's still overly biased material (how does one determine whether Smashers on a whole find Fountain atmospheric or beautiful?). I still think artistic design deserves to be mentioned, but it will require an overhaul to remove the opinion from the fact. So yeah.....I might do some of that myself, but I'm kind of uneasy changing large amounts of text. If any of you could help that would be super. --MaskedMarth 15:26, November 20, 2006 (GMT)
