The costume is based off his classic design, not his modern one, wouldn't it make more sense to make the classic one the infobox image? --Skittles (talk)

Given that the differences are extremely minor (a very easily missable difference between tan and gold for his stomach and slight texturing detail), there's not really a point. Especially given that his Brawl and SSB4 trophies are the post-DK64 design, and those are still relevant. Miles (talk) 04:40, 29 July 2015 (EDT)
