Tournaments received as many entrants as other accepted PR regions such as Saigon. Notability rules currently listed on the Notability page currently do not have guidelines for tournaments or rankings. Cyber (talk) 21:53, May 12, 2020 (EDT)

(edit conflict) The difference is that Saigon's scene is much smaller than West Virginia's, and as such does get a bit more leeway.

To be honest, I gave it a bit more thought and I feel like this can probably barely count as notable, however since we don't have written tournament guidelines it's really rough to place. CookiesCreme 21:59, May 12, 2020 (EDT)
