I know he hasn't used Jiggs much recently, but one of the first tournaments Mango gained recognition at, Pound 3, was where he used primarily Jiggs, and as explained in the article, he's credited for Jiggs' movement from 6/7th on the tier list to 3rd. Yea I hate brawl. How should Mango playing brawl change that? Can he suddenly magically turn it into melee? No. Does it mean he likes brawl? No, someone paid him to enter.
