In January of 2011, Zivilyn Bane, a smasher who originated from California and Kansas City, moved into Roman's area and contacted him through Smashboards. Interested in forming a crew, they met up and ended up stumbling upon a Brawl monthly tournament series in the area through All is Brawl. Both players attended, started to play Melee alongside the Brawl tournaments, and converted a few of the Brawl players to Melee players, forming a small crew in Springfield, MO of roughly 3-6 people. This remained somewhat stagnant for a while, gaining roughly a person or two to the crew every 6 months or so, and grinding 2-3 hour trips for other Missouri tournaments when they could.

Roman has only attended 1 national tournament, which was EVO 2013. He did not make it out of 1st round pools.

He stopped playing both games around 2009, after frustration of there being no nearby scenes to play with.

In January of 2011, Zivilyn Bane, a Melee player from California, moved into Zantetsu's area and contacted him through Smashboards. Interested in forming a scene, they met up and Zantetsu began playing Melee again. Shortly after meeting, they discovered a Brawl monthly tournament series in the area through All is Brawl.
