PimpUigi is an American smasher famous for his use of Luigi's rising cyclone in the 2006 production Under the Sea, which showcases the character using the cyclone in conjunction with the green missile to navigate from one side to the other on every stage.
Due to the early fame garnered from his video production and activity at Smash World Forums, PimpUigi is widely considered one of the best Luigi mains around, though actual competition in his regional area and tournament appearances in general have been sparse.
