Nova is a South Australian smasher. He plays Brawl and Melee competitively, though he mostly attends events because of the players, rather than the games. He is known in the Australian community for his unique personality, loud, high-pitched screams and elaborate insults.
He has requested not to be ranked on the SA Brawl Power Rankings, despite being the undisputed 2nd, but is ranked 4th on the SA Melee Power Rankings. He teams with Grim Tuesday in Melee (SA Johns) and wh1te5had0w in Brawl.
He frequently attends and hosts tournaments at Valhalla and StreetGeek LAN Parties in Adelaide.
Nova is also famous for donating $20,000 to the EVO donation drive to get Melee included as a game. For this reason, M2K will use the tag NOVA when he plays in events. It is not clear where this money came from, however there are rumours that this money was earned through the sale of drugs.
