Jarc is a Canadian smasher from the small city of Les Cédres, near Montreal, Quebec. He was ranked as high as 11th on the East Coast Canada Power Rankings. Although he enjoys playing a multitude of different characters, in tournaments he mains Jigglypuff and keeps Fox as a secondary.
