Daniel is a strong Captain Falcon main with several other secondaries from Maryland who started playing in 2014. He is part of the Xanadu/MDVA SSB64 scene, one of the strongest and fastest growing. He is one of the crew members of BDSM, a crew made up of Bark Sanchez (B,) DarkHorse (D), Shears (S,) and him (Mears.) Daniel is currently ranked 58th on the 2017 64 League Rankings.
Tournaments
Outside of his local tournaments, he has traveled to Super Smash Con, Genesis 3, and most recently Pound 2016. He made it to the final brackets in the former and latter while making 2nd round pools at Genesis 3, where he lost to Kort, one of the top player from Brazil, in Winners, and nothing, the top Falcon from Florida, in Loser's.
