The Wii Smash Files was a series of brief articles in the Nintendo Power magazine starting in volume #206 that covered all of the confirmed characters in Super Smash Bros. Brawl one by one. The section detailed the characters' first appearances, listed things that they were known for, and gave them a brief biography. This section was absent in all volumes following volume #221, even after the announcement of new characters.
