Sandbag

Sandbag is the character that appears in the Stadium game "Home Run Contest". In this mode, he stands perfectly still, so the player can hit him. There is a misconception that Sandbag cannot move, though this is not true. He can move if he is controlled by a player, but can only be accessed using the game's debug menu (accessible with Action Replay). He is simply programmed not to move in Home Run Contest. However, even though he is able to move and jump, he cannot attack. Instead the game freezes and sometimes causes undesirable effects. Sandbag is also strange because he cannot be KO'd. This is because in Home Run Contest, the only stage he is meant to be played on is the Home Run Contest stage, where if he was KO'd, the mini-game would not be playable. Instead, he continues moving in the direction he was sent moving, and can be seen by changing the camera angle.
