The Power Meter (K.O.ゲージ, K.O. Gauge) is a special mechanic used by Little Mac in Super Smash Bros. 4, shown above his damage meter. It is currently unclear how it is filled, but upon reaching maximum strength, it changes to a flashing box with the letters "K.O." within it. This replaces Little Mac's neutral special move with a powerful uppercut with the potential for a One-Hit KO.
