The best aerial in SSB64, as it is a incredible comboing move with a giant disjointed hitbox and can do good shield stun. Pikachu players can space with this move and stop opponent approaches. The move can be used in a variety of combos such as a offstage uair combo, can be followed up by an up smash then Thunder, and can be followed up by more of Pikachu's versatile and disjointed aerials.
