Who is the best charater?

From what i have see there has already been a tier list that has been put on this site.
The tier list goes like this;
In descending order;
37.Captian falcon 36.Link 35.Ganondorf 34.jigglypuff 33.Sonic 32.Yoshi 31.Samus 30.Pokemon Trainer 29.Mario 28.Ness 27.Lucas 26.Sheik 25.Ike 24.Peach 23.Luigi 22.Bowser 21.Zero Suit Samus 20.Zelda 19.Fox 18.Olimar 17.Toon Link 16.Wolf 15.Pit 14.Kirby 13.Ice Climbers 12.Pikachu 11.Diddy Kong 10.Donkey Kong 9.Lucario 8.Wario 7.Marth 6.R.O.B 5.Falco 4.Mr. Game And Watch 3.King Dedede 2.Snake
