When I make some changes to this wiki, it shows plus and minus signs with numbers. I'm assuming these are some form of likes or dislikes but I'm not sure. If they are how do I like or dislike? Please help!

:Those are the number of bytes that have been added or removed from the page. For example, say I was to remove the word "to" from a page. That would be a minor edit and would show as (-2) on the recent changes because I've removed two bytes. --[[User:Timson622222|Timson622222]] ([[User talk:Timson622222|talk]]) 01:21, 13 November 2013 (EST)

::In addition to what Timson said, spaces count as bytes too, so removing or adding a word would more than likely remove or add an additional byte alongside that word's letters. Moving something down a line of text will increase the byte-count as well. Plus and minus signs?

When I make some changes to this wiki, it shows plus and minus signs with numbers. I'm assuming these are some form of likes or dislikes but I'm not sure. If they are how do I like or dislike? Please help! —Preceding unsigned comment added by FireMario1534 (talkcontribs) 05:56, 13 November 2013‎ (GMT)

Those are the number of bytes that have been added or removed from the page. For example, say I was to remove the word "to" from a page. That would be a minor edit and would show as (-2) on the recent changes because I've removed two bytes. --Timson622222 (talk) 01:21, 13 November 2013 (EST)
The numbers appear bolded when over 500 characters are added or removed. Also, sign your comments by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post. Awesome Cardinal 2000 07:31, 13 November 2013 (EST)
In addition to what Timson said, spaces count as bytes too, so removing or adding a word would more than likely remove or add an additional byte alongside that word's letters. Moving something down a line of text will increase the byte-count as well. JamesJH-Heartless.pngHeart 08:34, 13 November 2013 (EST)
