Namco Bandai Games Inc. (株式会社バンダイナムコゲームス, Kabushiki Gaisha Bandai Namuko Gēmusu) is an arcade, mobile and home video game developer and publisher based in Japan. It is a merge between the video game divisions of Bandai and Namco.

During the Nintendo Direct Broadcast on June 21, 2012, it was revealed that Namco Bandai will be the head developer for Super Smash Bros. 4, along with Sora Ltd.. Several items from some of Namco's games such as Galaga and Rally-X will appear in Super Smash Bros. 4.[1]
