T-Sticking is where the C-Stick/Right Controller Stick is set to Attack instead of Smash. T-Sticking got it's name from the fact that the C-Stick is being set to a different function like B-Sticking, and that it's a shortcut for tilts (hence the T).

These are techniques that are possible with the T-Stick setup.

Central Movement

If you tilt the C-Stick in a diagonal direction in midair, you'll do your nair. Since this doesn't require you to have the Left Controller Stick in any specific position, you can move horizontaly and do your nair at the same time.

Instant Dash Attack

If you tilt the C-Stick in any direction right after you start your dash, you can start up a Dash Attack during the frames of the start up dash animation instead of your foward smash. Since doing this preform a dash attack, you can cancel it into an up smash as well.
