Rayquaza
Rayquaza is the 384th Pokémon and it debuted in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire. Rayquaza is known as the "Sky High Pokémon". Rayquaza is 23 feet (7 m) long and weighs 455 pounds and 4 ounces (206.5 kg). Rayquaza lives in the ozone layer and can not be seen from the ground. Rayquaza is very territorial and will attack anyone (or anything) who invades its airspace.
Role in Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Rayquaza is the boss of the jungle stage in the game The Subspace Emissary.
Backstory
While running across the deck of the Halberd as the character you defeated Petey Piranha with and the princess you saved from him, you see a cutscene in which Fox McCloud's arwing makes a crash landing after being shot down by the Halberd's gun turrets. Later, in the Jungle stage, Diddy Kong comes across a wrecked arwing when he is attacked by Rayquaza. Diddy tries to get away but Rayquaza catches him in the palm of its hand. Then, Fox jumps out of the wreckage and frees Diddy. Then, the team of Diddy Kong and Fox McCloud battle Rayquaza.
