Chip is a 15 year old Young Link player located in the Washington area. He is the younger brother of Deva and is one of the best players in eastern Washington. He has the potential to be one of the best Young Link players in Washington ever since the pro, Hero Sublime, has quit. He is also a charachter purist, meaning that he only uses Young Link in tournaments no matter who his opponent is using. Although he still uses both Young Link and Marth in friendlies.
