Neo is an American smasher and has spent time in numerous crews including USB, H2YL, and most recently, Team Ben.
Most notably, Neo plays what most consider to be the best Roy in the world. He took this title from Ken by beating him in Roy dittos, claiming the red costume in the process. However, Neo's top tiers are also a force to be reckoned with, posing a threat to the nation's best when he was in his prime.
Brawl
