Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade (ファイアーエムブレム 封印の剣, Faiā Emuburemu: Fūin no Tsurugi) is a Japanese tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo. It is the sixth game in the Fire Emblem series and the first of three games in the series that have appeared on Nintendo's Game Boy Advance handheld. It is the last game in the series to be released exclusively in Japan.
In Super Smash Bros. Melee
The game's main hero, Roy, is a secret playable character in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Interestingly, this was Roy's first appearance in a video game, as Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade wasn't released released until after Melee.
